RAINCHECKS

Have you ever gone to the store to see that the sale item you wanted was out of stock?  Do not fear! Just walk up to the register and ask for a raincheck.  They usually NEVER expire, and you still get the sale price.

Big Day at CVS

I wanted to share with you all my CVS findings.  It was quite a night last night as I had the manager ring up my purchases.

First, I got this Oral B Vitality toothbrush for $1!
Starting price was $33.  It was on sale for $23 not including the $13 in extra bucks.  I also had a $10 coupon.  So I paid the taxes! It was glorious!

Second, I was PAID $8 to buy Colgate toothpaste.  It was on sale for $2.99 with $2.99 extra bucks.  I also had two $1 coupons.  So I made $2 just by buying the toothpaste.  Add the extra bucks and I made $8!

Cheap Car Air Freshener

Soo.. I was having a little problem with a sour smell in my car.  But that is another story.  My lovely mother requested I cut a couple of apples and place them in my little sedan.  It worked! The apple absorbed the smell and it cost about $1!

An apple a day keeps more than the doctor away!

My Coke Rewards

 (photo from blog.invisiblechildren.com)

I'm addicted to Diet Coke.  I admit it.  So in order to make the most of my lovely habit, I collect Coke rewards points.  You can use your points for so many different categories.  I NEVER pay for magazines.  Lucky, Glamour, and Marie Claire are always paid for through my rewards.  It saves me over $125 off the newsstand price! BIG SAVINGS!

If you don't have a caffeine addiction like myself, please at least order yearly magazine subscriptions to save a bundle.  $10 is the max you should pay!
